Can You Match It?
This is a good exercise for enhancing vocabulary and concept development. Students use their reading and comprehension skills to determine the matches. It’s fun to hear which word in the description helped them make the match.
Word Search Puzzle
When the puzzle is completed use the word list to enhance writing, listening and speaking skills as well as career exploration activities. Have students pick their favorite construction word from the puzzle, write about it and give a one minute presentation to the class.
